Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Specialist to join our team. As a Test Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by identifying and resolving defects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to identify defects in software applications
- Work closely with development teams to resolve defects and improve product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements:
- Knowledge of systems development life cycle and testing processes
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal (Portuguese and English)
- Experience creating test cases, test plans, and regression tests
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of IT systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB certification
- Knowledge of automation and/or performance testing
- Basic knowledge of database/SQL
- Basic knowledge of programming languages
