Business Risk and Audit Expert Talent Job Description
As a Business Risk and Audit Expert Talent, you will be part of our organization, covering all business operations related to clients, talents, and shared services.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential risks and weaknesses in our business processes.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Execute audits and reviews for operational processes and controls, including client delivery, talent intake, shared services operations, and specialist functions.
- Participate and lead audit interviews, prepare audit workpapers, and reporting, as well as assist in drafting audit findings and recommendations for management.
- Support and monitor the follow-up implementation of corrective actions by management.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in risk and audit.
- Master's degree in business or economics and related accreditation.
- Strong independent mindset and ability to work with changing teams.
- Expertise in international stakeholder management, change, and data-driven analysis.
- Agile and flexible working style, with passion for on-the-job learning and development.
