Cybersecurity Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead the strategic growth and commercial success of our cybersecurity business. As a key member of our team, you will drive revenue through direct sales engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for our cybersecurity business, leveraging market trends and customer needs.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Issue Identification and Resolution: Proactively identify issues impacting sales performance and develop actionable plans to address them, ensuring timely communication of progress to senior leadership.

SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED BY SALES PERFORMANCE, CLIENT IMPACT, AND CONTRIBUTION TO THE EXPANSION OF OUR CYBERSECURITY SOLUTIONS FOOTPRINT.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth in a cybersecurity or related field.
  • Strong leadership and sales skills, with experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cybersecurity Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CISM preferred.
