Business Growth Manager

As a key member of our global team, you will drive revenue growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and acquiring new business.

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring long-term success and expansion.
  • Identify new opportunities within the existing client base, driving upgrades, cross-sells, and contract renewals at escalated ARR rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure clients receive the value they expect.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
Prospecting & Acquisition
  • Prospect and acquire new clients aligning their cybersecurity needs with our solutions.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, solution demos, negotiations, and closing deals with new clients.
  • Leverage market insights to position our solutions, staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Sales Execution & Strategy:

  • Develop and present compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Utilize sales methodologies like MEDDIC and Value-Based Selling to influence decision-makers and close complex deals.

We are looking for individuals with experience in full sales cycle roles, particularly in enterprise cybersecurity, SaaS, or information security sectors. Proven ability to grow revenue through both existing accounts and new business acquisition is essential.
