The ideal candidate will have advanced English skills, previous experience in the recruitment industry, and a strong hunter profile. They should be performance-oriented, able to self-organize, and possess excellent communication and relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities and establish connections with potential clients;
- Develop commercial proposals that meet client demands and Pacifica Continental's standards;
- Follow up with potential and current clients to increase the business portfolio;
- Provide regular sales reports to stakeholders upon request.
- Advanced English language skills;
- Spanish is an asset;
- Previous experience in headhunting or a related field;
- Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success;
- Performance-driven with a focus on financial targets;
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
