About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Assistant to our Global Sales and Operations team. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the client companies' eligible base; receiving, treating, and processing information and data; registering new employees, excluding dismissed employees; data analysis and updating; reporting; communication with local teams; and billing adjustments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Studying);
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel (mandatory);
  • Analytical and proactive profile;

  • Written communication skills;
  • Flexible;
  • Intermediate Spanish is a plus;
  • Intermediate English is a plus;
  • Knowledge in Python is a plus;
  • Knowledge/skills with the financial sector is a plus;
