We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Main Responsibilities:- Create detailed project schedules using project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary project data.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the baseline, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare regular progress reports, including schedule updates, earned value analysis, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate planning meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment.
