As a key player in our AI content solutions team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation and adoption of our cutting-edge technology. Your expertise in customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting is essential to driving adoption and long-term value realization.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborating with growth marketing and content leads to align AI-driven programs with business objectives
• Project Leadership: Overseeing timelines, identifying blockers, and ensuring seamless deployment and timely delivery
• Workflow Optimization: Working with technical teams to design scalable, high-impact AI workflows
• Performance Management: Monitoring metrics like organic traffic, CTR, and revenue influence; adjusting strategy to optimize outcomes
• Client Enablement: Training teams to use AI tools efficiently and independently, minimizing friction
• Solution Delivery: Streamlining implementation cycles for faster time-to-value
• Knowledge Building: Developing playbooks and frameworks based on successful customer rollouts
• Voice of the Customer: Sharing feedback with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting roles
• 3+ years of experience working with enterprise clients in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Proven success driving adoption of SaaS or AI-powered platforms
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset; SQL or Python exposure is beneficial
• Self-starter who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced settings
