About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fragrances Marketing Manager to join our team at Dsm. As a key member of our South Latin Consumer Fragrances Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in developing the strategy and promotional executions for our next-generation fragrances innovations in Regional Consumer Brands.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing expertise for categories and clients across our Perfumery division.
  • Present with confidence and excellence to high-level clients, adapting materials to meet the needs of different customers.
  • Utilize internal and external data sources to lead innovation marketing strategy, develop market overviews, category analysis, and trend analysis, and propose optimization strategies based on performance.
  • Develop strategic creative concepts, presentations, and go-to-market strategies for internal and external clients, managing launch calendars and timelines for deliverables.
  • Work with clients to enhance consumer understanding of fragrance innovations, the creative process, and trends, interpreting client needs and developing winning fragrance marketing solutions.
  • Master the art of scientific-based, fragrance-related storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising, Communications, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in B2B2C market, preferably in companies in the segment of Advertising Agency, Mass Market, Pharma, Fragrance, Flavor, or Ingredient product development experience preferred.
  • Data searching, data gathering, and good analytical skills.
  • Balance between strategic vision and execution capacity to make presentations.
  • Cross-category consumer knowledge generation.
