The Fragrances Marketing Manager will be a key member of our South Latin Consumer Fragrances Marketing Team, working closely with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies for the next generation of fragrances innovations in Regional Consumer Brands at DSM.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a marketing innovation expert, providing guidance on marketing strategies for categories and clients across our Perfumery division.
  2. Present marketing materials to high-level clients, adapting to their needs and preferences.
  3. Utilize internal and external data sources to lead innovation marketing strategy and develop market overviews, category analysis, and trend analysis.
  4. Develop strategic creative concepts, presentations, and go-to-market strategies for internal and external clients.
  5. Work with clients to enhance consumer understanding of fragrance innovations, the creative process, and trends.
  6. Master the art of scientific-based, fragrance-related storytelling.

You Bring:

  • Degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising, Communications, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in B2B2C market, preferably in companies in the segment of Advertising Agency, Mass Market, Pharma, Fragrance, Flavor, or Ingredient product development.
  • Data searching, data gathering, and analytical skills.
  • Strategic vision and execution capacity to make presentations.
