LATAM Professional Services Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Professional Services team in LATAM, focused on Financial Crime Compliance. This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities to drive high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement; drive performance management, career development, and skills enhancement initiatives.
- Client Engagement & Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of FCC solutions, including AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening.
- Operational Excellence: Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for Professional Services delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
