Job Description

As a skilled administrator, you will be responsible for driving adoption and improving existing processes in our organization. You will contribute to the sales and marketing strategy and implement campaigns for marketing, sales, and customer success.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams to execute solutions. They should be collaborative, process-driven, and decisive.

We are looking for someone who is technically astute, a problem solver, and highly organized. If you have experience working with HubSpot automation and can meet deadlines while handling multiple requests, we would like to hear from you.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of experience as a HubSpot administrator, implementation specialist, or process improvement expert
  • HubSpot certification required
  • Strong competency with HubSpot automation, including building flows, process builders, and workflow rules
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Experience in working in fast-paced or startup environments
  • Impressive content creation and communication abilities
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
