About the RoleThis is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the company's growth by providing top-notch support services, leveraging extensive knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, and database queries. Proficiency in AWS Cloud Computing, Salesforce Service Cloud, and database queries is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and diagnose complex incidents to deliver timely and effective resolutions.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Elevate critical issues to Tier 3 engineering and SRE teams as necessary, fostering collaboration and problem-solving.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles, driving continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Engage with customers to address support requests, conduct testing and validation of fixes, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal).
- Ability to design and implement simple solutions using Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, and database queries.
- Experience with RESTful API calls and database management systems.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud Computing, Salesforce Service Cloud, and database query optimization techniques.
