Job Title: Oncology Field Representative

">About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oncology Field Representative to join our team. As an Oncology Field Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our products to medical professionals and helping patients access life-changing treatments.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, identifying opportunities to promote our products and address customer needs
- Provide technical and scientific expertise on our products, as well as competitors' offerings, to healthcare providers and customers
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, new developments, and emerging technologies to inform product promotions and sales strategies
- Develop and deliver educational programs for healthcare providers and customers on our products and services
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business, marketing)
- Proven experience in oncology or hematology sales or marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other software applications as required
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
