We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our organization in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a vital member of our Technical Services team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers to promote product or solution adoption, retention, and loyalty.
The Job Description:- You will have the opportunity to identify and pursue business opportunities through proactive communication with existing and potential users.
- Create, review, and manage comprehensive account plans for selected accounts primarily in Latin America but also globally.
- Coordinate and execute all necessary activities to support sales efforts from pre-sales to close and ongoing lifecycle management.
- Review and update the sales pipeline and opportunities daily to ensure accurate representation in CRM and Power BI.
- Collaborate with other customer success managers, account executives, and technical experts to achieve harmonious teamwork and coordination across regions.
- Proactively follow up on leads, recognizing business opportunities, and take appropriate action.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to understand their marketing goals, product roadmaps, development timelines, and business objectives.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in account management/customer success management.
- A degree in Business/Commerce or equivalent.
- Strategic account planning capability.
- An unwavering focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive results.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English, with knowledge of Spanish being an asset.
- Innovative thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
