The Analytics Director oversees the development of analytics solutions, including dashboards and reports, and manages a team of data analysts. Key responsibilities include driving analytics initiatives, creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, and possessing deep proficiency in Workday Reporting and Dashboard, PRISM, Microsoft Power BI, Fabric, and external platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Utilize advanced development and data visualization techniques, leveraging BI platforms (One Model, Workday PRISM) and programming as needed.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the analytics product development strategy.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate complex technical concepts, and translate analytics insights to senior leadership.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership role within data analysis and data visualization.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar development languages with applications to analytics.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
