Chief Analytics Strategist

Drive innovation and growth in analytics development and visualization by joining our team. As a leader, you will oversee the development of analytics solutions, including dashboards and reports, and lead a team of data analytics developers. You will manage analytics initiatives, create and maintain dashboards and reports, and possess deep proficiency in Business Intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, Fabric, and external platforms.

This role directly supports our metrics and partners with leadership to ensure insights are rigorous and aligned with business goals. We provide advisory, implementation, and managed services to de-risk and support digital transformations.

As an Analytics Development and Data Visualization expert, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analytics developers;
• Utilize advanced development and data visualization techniques, leveraging BI platforms and programming as needed;
• Design and implement dashboards that drive insights for executive-level decision making;
• Collaborate with senior leadership and our People and Workforce Analytics Translators to define and execute the analytics product development strategy;

Master's or Ph.D. in Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Experience in a leadership role within data analytics and data visualization is also necessary. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar development languages with applications to analytics is expected.

Additionally, excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time are essential. Strong problem-solving and communication skills to define business requirements in a dynamic environment are also required.

Certification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google GCP) - otherwise, you can obtain certifications with us. Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices is also preferred.
