Chief Analytics Strategist

The Associate Director, Analytics Development and Data Visualization role is pivotal in driving optimization through meaningful insights across People and Workforce Analytics Metrics.

This leadership position will oversee the development of analytics solutions, including dashboards and reports, leveraging advanced techniques.

The ideal candidate will manage initiatives, create and maintain dashboards and reports, and possess deep proficiency in Workday Reporting and Dashboard, PRISM, Power BI, Fabric and external Analytics platforms.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analytics developers.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Set clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.

• Utilize advanced techniques, leveraging Business Intelligence and programming as needed.
• Design and implement compelling data visualization in dashboards that drive powerful stories and influence decision making at the C-Suite level.
• Ensure all Analytics Products comply with applicable data privacy and governance requirements.

The successful candidate will have a Master's or Ph.D. in Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with experience in a leadership role within data analytics and data visualization.

Experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, One Model and PRISM, as well as proficiency in programming languages are also required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time, strong problem-solving and communication skills to define business requirements in a dynamic environment, and enthusiasm to engage with a delightful group of humans spanning multiple backgrounds, areas of expertise and geographies to reach alignment.
