As a lead fullstack developer at our organization, you will have the opportunity to lead and guide projects to success, working closely with your team to prioritize and track work.

About the Role
  • You will spend most of your day developing and testing code, participating in agile ceremonies, and presenting your work to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Build high-performing teams by checking in with your engineering team daily to identify priorities and challenges.
  2. Use your technical expertise to review your team's work and help your people excel in an agile environment.
  3. Participate in release activities every three weeks and contribute to the development of software solutions.
Requirements
  1. Strong experience in NodeJS and React/Stencil is required.
  2. You must be able to write clean code that passes sonar quality gates.
  3. Experience in writing JUNITs for coverage is essential.
  4. You should have a good understanding of Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD processes.
  5. Advanced English language skills are necessary.
  6. Strong backend development experience, preferably with NodeJS, is required.
  7. You should have knowledge of best practices around software development, SDLC, unit testing, and sharing knowledge with others.
