We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Global Servicing Coordinator to join our team.
This is an entry-level position responsible for handling customer service and reservations for luxury hotels across the globe. In this role, you will be working closely with colleagues worldwide to drive business results and provide high-value impact to customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Bilingual/Fluent English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business or similar.
- 2+ years of customer service or related experience preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and instant messages to service customers and member hotels in a timely and professional manner.
- Check availability, rates, policies, room descriptions, and property features at member hotels.
- Present LHW brand features and benefits during conversations with customers.
- Process special requests related to confirmed bookings.
- Maintain effective follow-up processes for pending requests.
- Offer clients high-level travel consultancy on hotel, destination, and itinerary suggestions.
- Promote and enroll members in The Leaders Club loyalty program.
- Diffuse customer issues and assess when to escalate to manager.
About the Role:
- Establish strong relationships with travel agents, consumers, and hoteliers.
- Achieve set financial and operational targets.
- Deliver exceptional performance ratings on call and email observations.
- Develop extensive product knowledge about member hotels.
