Your Mission:

Pursue our dynamic 24-month Marketing & Sales Trainee Program, designed to fast-track your development, offering high visibility and a cross-country experience.

Throughout this journey, you'll gain hands-on experience in various business functions through six exciting rotations. Engage in impactful projects, build a broad network with senior leaders and peers, and receive guidance from experienced mentors.

Essential Skills:

• Possession for Marketing & Sales, preferably with any experience in the area(s)
• Recent graduates with a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or similar
• 2-3 years of experience at most
• Fluent/Advanced English knowledge and Spanish (desirable)
• Willingness and geographic mobility to relocate nationally and internationally during the program
• Demonstrate creativity, strong communication, team collaboration, adaptability, and resilience as key soft skills
• High level of commitment and digital profile
• Driving license is desirable
