Job Title: Strategic Project Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our enterprise projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project success, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure programs and projects are delivered within the schedule, scope, cost, and resource expectations
  • Identify key technical and project risks and issues and implement mitigating actions
  • Maintain strong customer focus and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide direction when needed
  • Manage the delivery schedule of critical third-party deliverables
  • Advocate for customers and recommend suitable technologies from our portfolio
Requirements:
  • Experience in Enterprise IT Programs, Process Improvement, and Software Engineering Project Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Leadership experience in cross-cultural, remote, and global project teams and customers
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Deep understanding of Linux, Open Source, and Cloud Technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline
  • Project Management Certification, preferably PMP or equivalent certification
