Business Intelligence Analyst Wanted

  • We're seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to help us drive data-driven decision making across the organization.
About the Job

The ideal candidate will have experience with business intelligence tools, data analysis, and communication of complex information to stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to inform business strategy.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Centralize performance metrics and create segmented views for deep-dive analysis
  • Optimize reporting tools and processes to improve efficiency
  • Extract, clean, and structure data for recurring and ad-hoc analyses (SQL required)
  • Support revenue and retention forecasting to inform company strategy
  • Analyze A/B tests and pilots to measure impact across squads
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Document workflows to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into action
Requirements
  • Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about how businesses grow and operate
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data tools
  • Knowledge of SQL (Python is a plus)
  • Experience in at least one BI tool (Tableau, Metabase, QlikSense, Microsoft Power BI)
  • Ability to turn data into clear insights and communicate findings effectively
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, sense of ownership, and eagerness to grow
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
