Key Responsibilities- Cultivate, process, and refine large datasets from diverse sources using SQL, R, or Python, as well as Business Intelligence tools, to uncover vital business trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Develop scalable analytical solutions and reporting dashboards that cater to the needs of our business stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to provide actionable insights that inform our monetization strategies and drive growth initiatives forward.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across all levels to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners, including regional teams, international strategy groups, and data teams, to drive analytical projects to completion.
- Develop and maintain robust integrity processes to ensure reliable, accurate, and efficient data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Meet ad-hoc reporting requests and support various business needs through timely data provision.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, analytics, mathematics, computer science, or related disciplines.
- No less than 3 years of experience in analytics roles within consulting, data science, or strategy fields.
- Proficiency in statistical software (R or Python), Business Intelligence tools (Tableau or PowerBI), and database management skills (SQL).
- Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication, with exceptional time management skills.
- Self-motivated individual with high analytical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver results independently.
- Bilingual capabilities in both English and Portuguese at a business level.
