Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead complex analytical tasks, mentor junior team members, and work with stakeholders to ensure our data solutions meet business needs.

This role requires ownership of tasks, identification of efficiency gains through well-designed data layers and automation opportunities, provision of guidance to junior analysts, engagement with partners to gain a deep understanding of the business context, and design of complex dashboards to meet business needs.

  • Design and execute analytical tasks ensuring they meet business objectives
  • Identify areas for improvement through efficient data layering and automation
  • Mentor junior and mid-level analysts in data analysis and visualization skills
  • Collaborate with partners to align data solutions with business goals
  • Create Tableau dashboards to meet business requirements
  • Gather and prepare data for dashboard development
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality dashboards
  • Analyze business performance using regression techniques
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Data Analyst. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for leading complex analytical tasks, mentoring junior team members, and working with stakeholders to ensure our data solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 4+ years experience in a data analytics role
  • Expert level SQL skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau and data visualization
  • Advanced data analysis skills
  • Experience using Python
  • Excellent communication skills
