Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to control all aspects of project including schedule, budget, documentation, contracts, and account receivables.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with technical lead to coordinate activities on multiple projects, with team members, customers, and vendors.
- Assist in the development and negotiation of proposals and project cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with company procedure and document control.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working independently with minimal supervision. They should also possess a high level of problem-solving skills and be able to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
Requirements:- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 6+ years of experience supporting project work.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including MS Project.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The right person will bring a high level of expertise, enthusiasm, and dedication to this position.
