Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and performing steps required to keep the inventory balance accurate. You will prioritize ticketing queues, work to resolve escalations, and clear blocking issues to enable continued delivery of Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) activities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong focus on optimizing resources and improving quality.
  • Articulate impact of work performed within the Data Center to technicians.
  • Seek information about underlying needs of customers.
  • Position organization to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder focus to improve quality and ensure customer receives highest return on investment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and systems.
