Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions.

This role is responsible for all aspects of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing. The successful candidate will build and manage project teams, communicate status to stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of key project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead mid-size projects, consulting with stakeholders to identify efficient implementation methods.
  • Understand customer requirements and create project plans to achieve success.
  • Plan, manage, and control multiple project teams to deliver key project outcomes, including developing work plans, gathering data, leading analytical efforts, and developing final recommendations.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators/metrics to measure initiative successes and initiate corrective action as necessary.
  • Aware of the strategic direction, knows existing IT architecture, and sets up steps to achieve project goals that fit into the overall strategy.
Requirements
  • Ensure project scope is defined, communicated, and agreed upon, supporting business objectives and addressing specific needs.
  • Follows procedures and guidelines for Project Excellence and complies with IT ISO requirements.
  • Monitors progress against the plan and initiates corrective action as necessary.
  • Resolves issues and solves problems throughout the project life cycle.
  • Creates high-quality, actionable recommendations, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables and buy-in of stakeholders.
  • Provides senior-level presentations on status, including milestone achievement, financials, resource needs; and progress on deliverables, risks, and issues.
  • Leads, coaches, mentors, and motivates project team members on a proactive basis.
  • Participates in the coordination and delivery of project management training for junior-level project managers.
