About This Role

We are looking for a highly driven and tech-savvy professional to join our Professional Services LATAM team as a Technical Project Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and operational execution of key products across markets and partners. You will lead the activation and rollout of strategic products within our ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration, feature activation, and partner expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical delivery and execution of key products across markets and partners.
  • Manage end-to-end feature activation workflows, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Drive expansion and onboarding of new marketplace partners in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure operational excellence through agile execution, scalable processes, and proactive risk management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to ensure technical and business alignment.
  • Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation, to optimize project delivery and customer success.
  • Monitor KPIs and success metrics across multiple workstreams and markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience and certification in project methodologies such as Agile, PMI, among others, are desirable.
  • Proven experience in technical project management, ideally within digital platforms or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of integration flows, APIs, and enterprise system deployments.
  • Experience working in multicultural and fast-paced environments, especially across LATAM.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
  • Familiarity with AI trends, automation tools, and scalable project delivery methodologies.
  • Professional proficiency in English, Spanish & Portuguese
