Job Description:
This role is responsible for analyzing data to determine cost and policy implications of negotiations and disputes. It involves collaborating with legal counsel and departments to prepare for and participate in negotiations with employee and labor groups.
The position serves Canoas/RS, Santa Rosa, Ibirubá, Marau, Mogi das Cruzes, Jundiai, and General Rodriguez/Arg plants.
Your Impact:
- Collaborate with legal counsel and departments to prepare for and participate in negotiations with employee and labor groups.
- Develop strategies to improve positive employee relations.
- Work collaboratively with peers and business leaders to create a work environment that delivers positive employee relations and increases employee engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in labor relations or a related field.
- Background in grievance management, arbitration, and interpreting Collective Bargaining Agreement.
