Logistics Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations organization, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and improving logistics performance across our fulfillment centers, sorting centers, and delivery stations in Brazil.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and experience in process improvement to drive business results. You will work closely with our transportation teams to analyze and optimize reverse logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Your focus will be on developing and implementing process improvements aligned with business growth objectives, while ensuring compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network bottlenecks and maintain performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive reverse logistics performance metrics to meet or exceed operational targets
  • Analyze and recommend system improvements to increase operational efficiency
  • Partner with transportation teams to resolve network bottlenecks and maintain performance standards
  • Monitor compliance with Reverse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all facilities
  • Implement data-driven process improvements aligned with business growth objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an intermediate level
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Experience working cross-functionally with transport operations teams
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
