Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reverse Logistics Performance Analyst to join our team in Brazil. The successful candidate will leverage operational excellence performance for reverse logistics across fulfillment centers, sorting centers, and delivery stations.

  • Drive reverse logistics performance metrics to meet or exceed operational targets
  • Analyze and recommend system improvements to increase operational efficiency
  • Partner with transportation teams to resolve network bottlenecks and maintain performance standards
  • Monitor compliance with Reverse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all facilities
  • Implement data-driven process improvements aligned with business growth objectives
About the Team

The Sustainable Transportation & Reverse Operations (STRO) team is a newly established division within Amazon's Transportation organization in Brazil.

  • Our mission is to establish a reverse logistics operations program structure, grouping projects and initiatives that are disperse within other teams while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
  • As a growing team, we offer unique opportunities to shape the reverse logistics operations from the ground up in Brazil, drive meaningful impact through sustainable transportation initiatives, collaborate with global teams across multiple regions, innovate and implement new solutions in an emerging field, and apply lessons learned from traditional transportation operations to reverse logistics.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an intermediate level
  • Advanced English language skills
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience working cross-functionally with transport operations teams, experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders, and experience building processes, project management, and schedules are highly desirable.
