About the Opportunity

Big Moxi Games is seeking a highly skilled Level Designer to join our team in creating immersive and engaging game worlds for our AAA MMOG project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop design documentation for level progression, layout, and 3D block-outs for in-engine playtesting.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to game mechanics, story, missions, and other aspects of the game.
  • Collaborate with artists and programmers to bring ideas from concept to implementation.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in using Unreal Engine 4, particularly with landscapes and heightmaps.
  • Experience in 3D game level building.
  • Ability to receive feedback and direction from team members.
  • Strong understanding of schedules and milestones.
  • Capacity to create engaging gameplay using complex mechanics.
  • Appreciation of aesthetics in level layout and presentation.
  • Knowledge of console games and ability to analyze user experience.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with World Creator 2, Maya, and/or 3D Studio Max.
