Senior Program Manager Opportunity

A career opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Program Manager who will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between cross-functional teams to develop optimal solutions. This role requires a strong program management background, experience leading medium to large projects, and a well-rounded technical background in current software development technologies.

The ideal candidate is able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to take complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner. Essential skills include maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers.
  • Writing specifications and technical design of solutions/systems.
  • Driving project schedules from design to release and managing production launch.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with technical product or program management.
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • Technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
  • Managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multimillion-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
