As a key member of our team, the Full Time Accounting Analyst will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process entries, appropriations, reclassifications, and provisions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage capitalization, depreciation, and update the fixed asset map to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve monthly accounting reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Gather documentation based on SAP system movements for internal and external audits.
  • Participate in SAP system update testing to ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Support the accounting specialist with specific demands and provide assistance to other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Complete higher education in Accounting.
  • Active CRC registration.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP system.
  • Knowledge of costs is desirable.
