  • Management Reporting: Prepare insightful management reports, including balance sheet analysis, to inform business decisions.
  • Accounting Reconciliations: Review and verify accounting reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Fixed Assets: Control and reconcile physical and accounting stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Cost Management: Account for and reconcile CMV vs standard cost, calculate weighted average cost, and optimize cost structures.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Audit Support: Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any discrepancies.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Active CRC license.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English skills (communication, writing, and reading).
  • Experience: Previous experience as supervisor or coordinator, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Skills: Hands-on profile with team management capability, sharp logical reasoning, analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus on execution.
