Product Design Manager

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning solutions that cater to the needs of our clients. Your primary objective will be to create engaging e-learning content using the latest educational technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create e-learning content utilizing latest educational technologies and andrological theories.
  • Define, document, and execute small projects or sub-projects, applying appropriate project management methods and tools.
  • Facilitate open communication of creative ideas between interested parties.
  • Explore and exploit current and emerging learning technologies (AI, VR, AR) to enhance the learning experience.
  • Implement modern learning processes reflecting latest trends in educational science and technology.
  • Identify suitable learning methodologies to support specific customer needs.
  • Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to develop learning content using appropriate delivery methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with designing and developing learning solutions including physical course materials, E-learning modules, Micro Learning, electronic performance support, virtual classrooms etc.
  • Proven proficient working experience in creating e-learning content with Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience on working with Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience in conducting Training needs analysis.
