We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying and securing top-tier leadership talent for our organization and clients.
Responsibilities- We design and implement targeted search strategies to identify executive and senior-level talent, ensuring we find the best fit for our organization's needs.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit, guaranteeing we select candidates who align with our company values.
- Lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process for successful placements, maintaining positive relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, fostering open communication and trust.
- Develop and leverage professional networks to source high-caliber candidates, expanding our reach and improving our chances of finding the ideal candidate.
- Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies, staying ahead of the competition and adapting to changing industry demands.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions, ensuring transparency and accountability in our hiring practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements, working closely with stakeholders to deliver results.
- A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, demonstrating expertise and a proven track record in talent acquisition.
- An advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills, enabling effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience recruiting for the US market, showcasing knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Experience working in remote environments, highlighting adaptability and flexibility in your work style.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities, essential for building trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent analytical and assessment skills, allowing you to evaluate candidate qualifications and make informed decisions.
