Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to support the Management Office and Support Engagement Team in their daily work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repurposing communication content, managing event preparation and execution, and providing support where required to strategic programs and projects.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to interact with diverse project teams and stakeholders. A proactive character and reliable delivery of results are also essential.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Repurpose communication content for internal and external programs, initiatives, campaigns, and events.
  • Manage event preparation and execution.
  • Provide support where required to the team executing strategic programs and projects as well as business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, such as Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, Psychology, Languages, or Business Administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) is also necessary. Fluency in English is a must, with German being an added advantage.
