Job Description

As a support specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues faced by customers and providing prompt technical assistance via multiple channels.

Collaborate with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Adapt to business needs and contribute to the Quality Assurance of new product versions by suggesting improvements to processes and tools.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer interaction skills and willingness to learn more about soft skills
  • Understanding and adoption of Product Support E2E Methodologies (Swarming, Pulse, Knowledge Management)
  • Ability to work with customers across multiple channels (Chat, Virtual sessions etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline, ongoing, with at least 2 years remaining
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • English is a must
  • Ability to work in a global team across multiple time zones and diverse cultures
