The Financial Manager is a crucial role that ensures the organization's financial stability and long-term viability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Coordinate with other departments and monitor financial performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial contracts, minimizing risk and maximizing returns.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and audit processes, providing accurate and timely insights.
- Handle legal contracts, due diligence, and financial negotiations, securing optimal outcomes.
- Support incorporation processes and liaise with financial institutions, streamlining operations.
- Supervise areas such as accounts payable/receivable, accounting, legal, IT, and procurement, ensuring efficient processes.
- Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.
- Postgraduate/MBA in Finance preferred, showcasing advanced knowledge and expertise.
- Experience in financial routines, treasury, accounting, project viability, and financial planning, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience with real estate development, especially MCMV projects, highlighting specialized skills.
- Knowledge of specific systems such as UAU - Global Tec is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and technical skills.
