External Fulfillment (EF) encompasses a variety of initiatives where Amazon partners with a diverse range of sellers and vendors to facilitate product shipments from their warehouses.
The EF Ops Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, collaborating with teams both in Brazil and internationally to design innovative processes, implement technological solutions, and prepare project documentation while reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
The primary objective is to implement significant enhancements that improve the overall customer experience within the EF program and support our rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects concurrently, perform root cause analyses, and propose effective solutions while preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Transportation, Product, Business, Supply Chain, and other EF teams globally.
- Lead the planning cycles for EF Ops, proposing mechanisms and tools to scale operations while enhancing results and team productivity.
- Work cross-functionally to identify challenges and define impactful projects, engaging with teams across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Transportation, and Product.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive projects, foresee potential bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of EF operational challenges and collaborate with product teams to define and implement both short-term and long-term technical solutions.
- Facilitate weekly project status meetings and utilize project management tools to monitor initiatives.
- Submit regular managerial reports detailing key program and project updates, ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Ultimately, you will be the primary owner responsible for driving your assigned projects to successful completion.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in program or project management.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL.
- Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics to identify improvements.
- Fluency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Experience in building processes, managing projects, and developing schedules.
