**Job Role:** Legal Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Manager to provide expert legal counsel on competition issues, including mergers and acquisitions, business practices, strategic partnerships, and regulatory investigations.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting changes in competition laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal and ethical business practices.
  • Conduct internal training on competition laws and antitrust practices for employees and leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • A law degree with a specialization in Competition Law, Corporate Law, or related fields is mandatory.
  • Active registration with the Bar Association is required.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in legal positions, focusing on competition and antitrust, is essential.

Desirable Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of competition laws and regulations, including Brazilian and international legislation, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Effective communication skills are crucial.
  • Experience in corporate environments or large law firms is preferred.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
