The role of IT Manager (Systems & Infrastructure) encompasses the thorough execution of the SAP system throughout the organization’s main office and production facility. This position entails overseeing IT infrastructure, which includes server management and communication systems, to guarantee peak performance. The manager will also assess and oversee the company's internet capacity and will be instrumental in the rollout and continuous support of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Direct the SAP system implementation at both the corporate office and manufacturing site.
  • Supervise the upkeep and enhancement of IT infrastructure, covering servers, networks, and communication systems.
  • Ensure that all IT frameworks align with organizational requirements and function effectively.
  • Assess and manage the company's internet capacity to accommodate current and future operational needs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee successful ERP system implementation.
  • Monitor and resolve IT system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and swift problem resolution.
  • Formulate and enforce IT policies and procedures to uphold system security and efficiency.
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
  • Offer technical support and training to staff as necessary.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP implementation and management of ERP systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems.
  • Experience in managing internet capacity and ensuring network adequacy.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting intricate IT challenges.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.

Language Proficiency:

Portuguese: Fluent or Native

English: Advanced
