The role will support the Customer Connect team who is in charge of managing all spare parts requests from customers.

  • This includes requests for quotes, entering orders, and managing order delivery and inquiries from the client.
">Job Responsibilities">
  1. Updating quoting exchange rate spreadsheet for use by the team each week.
  2. Monitoring estimated arrival dates for ongoing orders and updating our systems to reflect this information.
  3. Preparing weekly reports for clients in South America.
  4. Daily monitoring of customer portals for requests for quote and purchase orders.
