Project Manager for AI Data Services

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead large-scale AI data projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of global, cross-functional teams across different time zones, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure high-quality outputs through structured quality control processes.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and manage project timelines to meet deliverables.
  • Continuously assess and refine project workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AI/data services or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
