Descrição do CargoO cargo de Growth Specialist é responsável por escalar nossa geração de demanda por múltiplos canais — pagos e orgânicos — e orquestrar comunicações 1:1 (e-mail, WhatsApp, in-app) ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida do cliente junto ao time de vendas.
Responsabilidades- Planejamento e execução de mídia paga: estruturar, otimizar e escalar campanhas em Google Ads, Meta Ads e LinkedIn Ads (search, display, paid social e remarketing), maximizando ROAS e reduzindo CAC;
- Gestão de canais não pagos: impulsionar SEO, social orgânico, referral programs e parcerias para ampliar tráfego e awareness junto ao time de conteúdo;
- Lifecycle & CRM marketing: desenhar fluxos de onboarding, nutrição e retenção no HubSpot, ativando segmentos via e-mail, WhatsApp e notificações in-app;
- Segmentação 1:1: criar audiências avançadas (ICP, triggers de produto, score de engajamento) e campanhas personalizadas orientadas a expansão de uso e upsell;
- Análise e reporting: acompanhar KPIs de funil (impressões → MQL → SQL → ARR), construir dashboards com o time de Dados (GA4, HubSpot, Amazon QuickSight) e gerar insights de otimização;
- Testes e experimentação: conduzir A/B e multivariável em anúncios, landing pages, e-mails e copy; documentar aprendizados e escalar boas práticas;
- Integração com squads: colaborar com Produto, Vendas e CS para alinhar mensagens, funil e alavancas de crescimento;
- Gestão de budget: forecaste, aloque e monitore investimentos mensais, garantindo disciplina financeira e metas de payback;
- Suporte a conteúdos & creativos: briefar e validar peças (vídeo, banners, rich media) mantendo consistência de marca e compliance de plataforma;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com a área de vendas para impulsionar as segmentações dentro das redes com base em segmentos criados no Apollo e no CRM Hubspot.
- Formação superior em Administração, Publicidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência sólida (5+ anos) em performance marketing, atuando com Google Ads, Meta Ads e LinkedIn Ads;
- Domínio de HubSpot Marketing/CRM (listas, workflows, lead scoring, reports);
- Visão analítica (Excel/Sheets avançado, GA4, tag manager) e foco absoluto em metas;
- Disciplina e organização para gerenciar múltiplas campanhas, orçamentos e cronogramas simultâneos;
- Habilidade de comunicação escrita e verbal para produzir copies, relatórios e insights acionáveis;
- Inglês intermediário (leitura de relatórios, certificações, benchmarks globais).
