Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned marketing and business development professional to lead our strategic initiatives in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans, driving regional portfolio management, and collaborating with global teams to tailor products to local markets.
About the Role:
- Strategic Planning: Own the annual refresh of the 5-year strategic outlook and plan for LATAM; Lead the definition and execution of product and go-to-market strategies for the region
- Product Management: Align closely with Global Product organizations to build a portfolio of products and services to address regional target customer segments
- Business Development: Identify potential channel partners and end-users to develop new ways to answer their needs with specific products and services
- Channels Management: Create a channel structure and management program capable of delivering business objectives
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual strategic plans for LATAM, aligned with global strategy
- Product Management: Work with global teams to tailor global products to local market needs, including language variants and certification
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, define value propositions, and negotiate contracts
- Channels Management: Develop and execute channel-specific pricing, marketing, and sales programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or engineering discipline
- 10+ years of Marketing, Strategy, Product Management, Business Development leadership experience
Preferred Skills:
- Proven track record of defining and executing go-to-market plans in complex multinational B2B environments
- Cultural awareness and acumen, with ability to remotely interact with key stakeholders
- Outstanding leadership, communication, finance, and business acumen
