About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Spirax Sarco. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with customers in the industrial segment of the São Paulo region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to visit customers in the region, ensuring timely and effective coverage.
  • Collaborate with the application engineering team to analyze customer needs and provide technical solutions for problem-solving and new project implementation.
  • Work closely with customers to gather process data and provide tailored product solutions that meet their needs while minimizing application costs and ensuring high durability.
  • Prepare comprehensive budgets and technical reports to support customer needs and ensure a competitive advantage for the business.
  • Accurately record business opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring the integrity and quality of information available to the team and for strategic decision-making.
  • Convert customer visits into sales, contributing to the achievement of the sales target plan established by the company.
  • Monitor material invoicing, utilizing system backlogs and aligning with the factory to meet delivery deadlines and billing goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing queries on delivery dates, billing, installation, and start-up, ensuring proper functioning and performance of materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry, or Mechanical Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial processes.
  • Proven experience in account management.
  • Effective negotiation techniques.
  • Analytical ability to identify business opportunities from data.
