Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data analysis and gather documentation to compile comprehensive reports delivering operational insights and transactional tasks.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to drive business objectives.
  • Assist in vendor and client registration, purchasing, and accounts payable processes to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Responsible for updating records in our company system to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the department's programs, projects, and processes to drive business success.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Monitor due dates and compliance with regulatory requirements to minimize risk and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working in finance areas with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in web-based tools and software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and communicate complex ideas.
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written.
